Chili Crisp

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Taekyung
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon chopped peanuts
• 1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together, heat up oil slowly to 300°F, and pour over dry mix until incorporated.
