Chai Me Spiced Winter Cocktail
The Order’s Chai Me is a little bitter at first, but once you get to sipping, you really taste apple with a cinnamon-ginger finish.

Serves 1
Ingredients
1½ ounces apple brandy
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 ounces almond milk
1 ounce chai syrup (we recommend Torani)
Ginger extract
Ground cinnamon for dusting
Star anise for garnish
To Prepare
Combine apple brandy, bitters, almond milk, chai syrup, and a splash of ginger extract in a cocktail shaker. Shake it up and strain it into your mug or glass. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and star anise. (You can also make this a hot beverage by warming up the almond milk.)
