Blackberry Fig Jam
Blackberries and figs join forces to make a sweet topping for ice cream or a mouthwatering addition to a PB&J. Recipe courtesy The Order.

Ingredients
1 cup frozen blackberries
3 ounces dried mission figs, destemmed
⅓ cup white wine
2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
Juice of 10 lemons
½ an orange, peeled and juiced
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon water
To Prepare

1 cinnamon stick
Juice of 10 lemons
½ an orange, peeled and juiced
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon water
To Prepare
Add all ingredients to a saucepan, and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally for about 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick, and blend until smooth. Allow to cool.
