What three words define your personal style?
Comfortable. Coordinated. Dapper.
Where do you find inspiration for your closet?
Celebrities, mannequins, random sponsored content on Instagram and whatever other combinations that pop into my head.
What is your favorite fashion trend right now?
Well, I’ve been on the “flooding” pants for a while now...but I’ve seen hoodies under blazers trending, that I sort of dig.
Who are your fashion role models?
The late Craig Sager. I probably would never wear anything he would have worn, but he wasn’t afraid to be himself. Anybody who can fit into Express and H&M clothing.
What person—public figure or private citizen—would make your best dressed list?
Chris Paul and Dwyane Wade. Locally, Jeff Schmitt.
What’s your signature piece?
Lapel pin and a pocket square.
If you could wear one brand or designer for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Brooks Brothers, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors…maybe Versace. Shoes: Aldo, Cole Haan. I’m very indecisive, obviously, but they all have good blends of comfort, style and a little bit of risk.
What is the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever worn?
I’m not sure...I try a lot of combinations.
What are your favorite places to shop in 417-land?
For shirts Express or Men’s Wearhouse, Tanger Outlets.
What one item is on your wish list for this year?
Always more suits and shoes.
