According to local experts and gardening pros, this month is the perfect time to plant flower bulbs if you want to see your garden filled with your favorite sweet-smelling perennials next spring. Planting them is super-easy, but first you need to find them. We rounded up a few great nurseries that carry a variety of flower bulbs—from tiny periwinkle-colored crocuses that sprout super-early in the season to enormous, frilly tulips that will pop up a little later on, and fragrant cylinders of hyacinth in pastel hues.
