Punch with a Punch

So I know winter is the time of year for warm cocktails spiked with rum and all sorts of fruit, but when I’m buzzing around the kitchen trying to make food for a dinner party or brunch with the girlfriends, the last thing I want is a hot cocktail in my hand. Instead, I usually crave something sweet and refreshing that won’t make me too sleepy. This pineapple whiskey cocktail is the perfect thing! I add extra muddled pineapple to make it really fruity.
