Cold Brew for Grown-Ups at RISE

Everybody knows that one of the best reasons to grab brunch with your friends is starting the day off slow and easy with good eats and a little morning alcohol that feels a bit like breaking the rules. That’s why we are fans of the Cold Brew for Grown Ups drink at RISE (105 Park Central Square, Springfield). It starts with cold brew coffee, naturally, but is zhuzhed up thanks to the addition of house-made coffee liqueur. They throw in some bitters for balance and smooth vanilla cream for sweetness. It reminds me of an updated take on the recently trending espresso martini, and I’m here for it.
