If you’re going to order a dish that’s very fried and sinfully indulgent, you might as well go big. Our creative director, Sarah Patton, recently dug into the cheddar-bacon tots from Bigshots Golf (northeast Springfield), and she came back raving. She said: “They are extra-large size tots, and biting into them tastes like you’re biting into a loaded baked potato but in tot form with a perfectly crispy fried exterior. They’re served with a gochujang ranch sauce, which just takes it to a whole new level. I could sit and eat three orders of these myself with no regrets.”
