Blue Cheese Chips from The Grotto: Worth Every Bite

This month, revisit a classic with me. The bleu cheese chips from The Grotto (301 E. Battlefield Road, Springfield) have been one of my favorite appetizers for years, but I hate to admit that I sort of forgot about them for a sec. But on a recent visit to The Grotto with my family, my husband and I ordered those amazing chips “for the table” (even though we knew the kids wouldn’t touch them, and they’d be all ours). And they’re just as indulgent and delicious as ever. The super-crunchy chips are topped with both bleu cheese crumbles and bleu cheese dressing, and The Grotto is not stingy. Every single chip, every single bite, every single morsel is absolutely coated with the good stuff. It’s a cheese-lover’s dream, and one I won’t be forgetting again.
