As part of Big Cedar Lodge’s Winter Wine Series, celebrating the women behind the wine, hosts Jessica Murray and Kelly Brenner lead an in-depth exploration of SIMI wines and the legacy of Isabella Simi. Guests have the opportunity to taste four SIMI wines during this one-hour seminar.
Robert Mondavi Wine Dinner
January 4, 6–9 p.m.
Held at the historic Worman House, hosts Murray and Brenner share insights into Robert Mondavi Winery and the inspiring story of Genevieve Janssens, director of winemaking since 1978. Guests enjoy five courses paired with four distinctive Mondavi wines, curated by Big Cedar Lodge’s culinary team.
Unshackled Wine Seminar
January 11, 1–2 p.m.
This one-hour seminar offers an insider’s look at Unshackled Wines by The Prisoner Wine Company. Hosts Murray and Brenner delve into the company's history and the significance of Chrissy Wittmann’s role as senior director of winemaking. Attendees will sample four distinctive wines during this seminar.
The Prisoner Five-Course Wine Dinner
January 11, 6–9 p.m.
Hosted at the Worman House, this five-course wine dinner showcases trailblazing women in the wine industry. Murray and Brenner highlight exceptional wines from The Prisoner Wine Company, focusing on the innovative contributions of the director of winemaking Chrissy Wittmann. Guests enjoy five distinctive wines expertly paired by Big Cedar Lodge’s culinary team.
Cline Family Cellars Tasting Seminar
January 18, 1–2 p.m.
Winemaker Hilary Cline from Cline Family Cellars will lead guests in an exclusive tasting of Sonoma AVA wines at Harry's Cocktail Lounge & Bar. During this one-hour seminar, guests explore four unique wines from the Sonoma AVA while learning about the fascinating history of her family’s vineyards.
Boutique Wine Collection Wine Dinner
January 25, 6–9 p.m.
Hosted at the Worman House for a delightful five-course wine dinner, the host Katixa Mercier—a sommelier, importer and partner at Boutique Wine Collection—will showcase exceptional wines from her exclusive French collection while providing fascinating insights into the wines, vineyards, production methods and history.

Mark your calendars for the 31st annual Celebration of Tastes at Big Cedar Lodge. At this event, guests enjoy amazing food, take in the stunning Ozark Mountain views views and learn about the tradition of wine-making.
3. Enjoy a Date Night at Big Cedar Lodge’s World-Class Dining Options

On Tuesdays and Saturdays in January and February, Big Cedar Lodge is hosting charcuterie and wood-burning classes. The staff walks participants through how to expertly assemble a charcuterie board, and then participants create their very own board using wood-burning tools.
