Single, it’s complicated, cuffed, doin’ your own thang—whatever your relationship status this week, take a little time to tell someone you love them, and tell your tummy, too, while you’re at it. This week is full of events for lovebirds, and we’ve gathered all the foodie-focused ones here because, as we know, the way to someone’s heart is through their stomach. Dinner Specials and Prix Fixe Menus
Want to sit down for a meal and stare into that special someone’s eyes? You’re in luck. Restaurants and bars around 417-land are offering Valentine’s Day special menus and full dinners to foster a romantic mood.
Dine Italian style on Friday with two entrees, drinks and desserts for $50 per couple.
The creperie is offering a three-course dinner plus drinks for $60 per couple.
Check out the new kid on the block with a three-course Mexican meal for $80 per couple.
The wine bar is offering a full four-course dinner menu with wine pairings for $100 per couple.
Taste your way through a three-course meal for $69 per person, or order from the regular menu.
The special Chef’s Table event includes a three-course meal for $50 per person with the option to add on a room. Liquor not included.
Valentine's Day sushi rolls, drink specials and even a fixed menu are available at Kai on Friday.
The brewery is hosting its third annual Valentine’s Day dinner on Thursday with three courses and beer pairings for $45 per person.
Pre-empt your V-Day plans with a fully vegan four-course meal. My Vegan Valentine is on Thursday, includes cocktails and costs $28 per person.

Level 2’s special Valentine’s Day menu is $160 per couple and available Friday and Saturday.
C-Street’s newest arrival offers a three- or five-course menu for $40 or $50 per person, respectively.

Galentine’s Celebrations
Let loose with the ladies on Galentine’s day (the day before Valentine’s Day) with Leslie Knope–approved events for you and your beautiful tropical sunfish friends.
Brown Derby International Wine Center
Go all out with wine and charcuterie specials plus a spritzer bar at Brown Derby.
Prepare to be pampered at Cellar + Plate’s Galentine’s, which includes cocktails, wine, cheese boards and pedicures for $40 per person.
The Rountree eatery offers tea for the gals, wine discounts, desserts and mimosas on Thursday.
Head to Galloway for a ’90s Heartthrob Party with a pop-up cookie shop from The Rolling Pin, build-a-bouquet, rose and more—all for free.
A Bittersweet Goodbye
Downtown’s sweet shop Queen City Soda & Sweets has closed its doors for the time being as the shop transitions to new ownership. Owner Robert Sands has sold his interest in the store, and the store plans to reopen soon.
I’ll Drink to That
Tulsa-based Inner Circle Vodka Bar is prepping the arrival of its new location on Walnut Street for the beginning of next month, but you can get a sneak peek Saturday, February 29. New Menu Alert!
Feeling tired of the same old same old? A few local eateries are switching things up with new menus. Check out new brunch items at The Hepcat, including meat-free options like a vegan scramble with chickpea tofu. Over at Cherry Picker Package + Fare, an entirely new cocktail menu has rolled out, including the Cozy Chair, with Coffee Ethic cold brew, Genepy les Chamois, Fernet Branca, cream, Date Lady syrup, chocolate bitters and cinnamon.

If you’re feeling fatigued after a week of Valentine’s Day festivities, head to Cellar + Plate on Saturday. The wine bar is now owned by Johnson Tan and Shawn Kraft, and this weekend they’re debuting their updated wine club program, which gets you discounts at the wine bar, two bottles a month and a monthly wine tasting social.
