I submitted a photo in late summer 2007 and was told that there was a 3-4 month backlog of Where's 417 pictures. Since the first of the year, I have eagerly anticipated the arrival of my 417 hoping to see the picture. I received my April copy today and have yet to see the picture.
The picture was taken at Yellowstone with a childhood friend who has resided in Montana for 30 years. Since she is still homesick for Missouri, I was hoping that the picture would be in 417 for her family and friends to see, and I would like to send her a copy.
